The first session will last about 60 minutes. The focus will be getting to know you and clarifying your goals and desired areas of improvement.
Ongoing Sessions
Sessions will last about 45 minutes. The focus will be on providing structured support toward achieving your goals and vision for the future.

Additional Information
Individual sessions with adults (18+ years old). Payment is due at time of service via credit card. The session fee will be charged if canceled within 48 hours, except in an emergency. We do not accept insurance. Virtual sessions will be conducted through a HIPAA compliant platform, and the link will be sent to you via email.
